Sigma Automatics – Updated Ordering Process 2024
Dear Valued Customer,
Effective immediately, we will be changing our ordering process. The steps that will be provided below will ensure that we will have a smooth transaction from the moment you enquire on an order to the moment that you receive your order.
Step-by-step process:
1. Requesting a Quote – The first step to creating a potential order with Sigma Automatics will require a quote being sent to our team. When sending a quote, please email the products you are looking for and the quantities you are looking to order so that our team can provide accurate pricing for what you are looking for. This email will be sent to the following emails: marco@sigmaautomatics.com, orders@sigmaautomatics.com, and accounting@sigmaautomatics.com.
2. Receiving Your Purchase Order – If you choose to go forward after you receive your quote, the next step will be sending us a PDF copy of your purchase order so that we can enter it and begin producing your order. We will require the following on the PDF copy of your purchase order:
- Customer PO Number
- Sigma Automatics Item Number for the products that you are looking for (These can be found on the website)
- Description of the specs that are being requested (Push/Pull, Colour, Left Hand/Right Hand, Model)
- Shipping Address
- Quoted Price Before Taxes and Shipping
3. Sending Your Sales Order – Once all of the information above has been processed, we will generate a sales order form and send it over to you as a confirmation. Please review all information on the sales order form to ensure that everything provided is correct. Once the sales order has been sent over, production on your request will begin.
4. Lead Time – Our products are cut and assembled in house so lead time may vary. Once your order is received, our team will begin to custom cut and assemble your order to your exact specifications. Once the order is reviewed, you will receive an email stating the expected lead time.
5. Shipping – Once the order has been assembled and packed, we will hand it off to our carrier and notify you once the order has been shipped. Tracking for your order will be provided upon request.
